Man Stabbed Two Women in Utica Apartment

UTICA, NY – Police in Utica have arrested 42-year-old Carlos Slone after he was accused of stabbing two female victims at around 6:30 pm on Wednesday.

Police units were dispatched to the 1300 block of Oswego St regarding a stabbing investigation. While en route it was learned that two female victims had been stabbed; one in the back of the head, the other in the eye.

Both victims were transported to St. Elizabeth’s Hospital for emergency care, and the victim who suffered the eye injury will be transferred to a Syracuse hospital for more intensive care.

From witnesses on the scene, it was learned that the suspect had fled into an upstairs apartment. Officers were able to go to the apartment and make contact with the male, who was taken into custody without incident.

He was then transported to the Utica Police Department and at the conclusion of the investigation, Carlos Slone age 42 of Utica was charged with:
