In November of 2020, TFC Robert J. Bradley was on patrol and monitoring Worcester County’s 911 radio frequency. When he heard a dispatch for a man in cardiac arrest, Trooper First Class Bradley immediately responded to the address to provide assistance.
“TFC Bradley was first to arrive to the scene and found a 65-year-old man lying on the floor of this home who was not breathing,” the agency said. “TFC Bradley then administered cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for approximately 15 minutes until paramedics arrived. He continued to assist EMS personnel with lifesaving techniques until the patient was able to breathe on his own.”
For his outstanding performance under the most stressful of circumstances and for performing immediate lifesaving procedures that led to saving a life, TFC Robert J. Bradley was awarded the Lifesaving Award by Colonel Woodrow W. Jones III.
