The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 68-year-old Missing Person Robert B Barley. He was last seen at 9:30 A.M., on Saturday, April 30, 2022, on the 33xx block of Mt Vernon St.
He is 6’2″, 170 lbs., brown eyes, gray hair and may be operating a green 1990 Mercury Cougar with unknown PA tag.
