Man Shot at 16 Times in Pittsburgh Found Dead in Car

PITTSBURGH, PA – Police in Pittsburgh say a Shotspotter alert registered 16 shots fired in the 700 block of Arch Street Thursday night at around 6:50 pm. Police and EMS units responded and located a male with multiple gunshot wounds in a vehicle. Medics pronounced the adult victim deceased at the scene. A Witness told police they observed a vehicle flee from the area in an unknown direction.
