The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 39-year-old Missing Person Justin Banks-McDowell. He was last seen at 11:45 P.M., on Saturday, May 7, 2022, from the Marriott at the Convention Center, located on the 1200 block of Market St.
He is 5’11”, 185 lbs., brown eyes with black hair.
