U.S. Marshals Arrest Fugitive Wanted for Strangulation

LOCK HAVEN, PA- On Thursday, the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force took Mubarik Graves into custody and placed him in the Clinton County Correctional Facility. Graves had an outstanding warrant with Woodward Township Police for an incident that took place on April 29. The charges include strangulation, aggravated assault, and simple assault.

Graves was turned over to the Woodward Township Police Department on the outstanding warrant as well as a State Parole detainer. He was arraigned before District Judge Kibler and remains in jail after being unable to post $50,000.00 bail.
