BALTIMORE, MD – The Baltimore County Police Department has arrested and charged a 22-yar-old man after learning he used multiple social media accounts to solicit juveniles online.
According to police, detectives from the Baltimore County Crimes Against Children’s Unit arrested and charged 22-year-old Delroy J Scott with Sexual Abuse of a Minor.
“Delroy utilized several social media accounts, to solicit minors as young as 8-years-old. Detectives are seeking anyone who may have been aware of a minor that was in contact with this subject,” the BCPD said Monday.
