PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 14-year-old Endangered Missing Person Tiffany Young. She was last seen at 3:30 P.M., on Monday, May 23, 2022, on the 54XX block of Walnut Street.
She is 5’8″, 145 lbs., brown eyes. and black hair. She could be with her twin sister Kimberly Young who was also reported missing.
Kimberly A. Young was last seen at 12:00 P.M., on Monday, May 23, 2022, on the 15XX block of North Redfield Street.
She is 14-years-of-age, 5’7″, 130 lbs., brown eyes, black hair and wears glasses. She could be with her twin sister Tiffany Young.
