NEW YORK, NY – Crime has become the norm in New York City and a video released by the New York City Police Department shows a man being attacked and stabbed in broad daylight as people went about their lives passing by.
According to police, on Wednesday at 1:50 pm, near 3rd Avenue and East 63rd Street in Manhattan, a 29-year-old male was walking when he was slashed multiple times in the back and arm by an unknown individual.
The man got off his bike, wearing a full facemask and began attacking his victim.
