Man Shot In Northeast D.C., Police Need Help Identifying Suspect

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Washington, D.C. Metro Police Department is investigating a shooting which took place yesterday. This incident happened on the 3700 block of Hayes Street in the Northeast section. The police are asking for help in identifying the suspect.

According to Police, “At approximately 2:01 pm, members of the Sixth District responded to the listed location for the report of a shooting Upon arrival, members located an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.”

Nearby surveillance cameras captured the suspect.
