BELLEVILLE, NJ – A 13-year-old male illegally riding a dirt bike in the area of D was killed in a crash on Tuesday at around 5:30 pm.
“Residents it is with a heavy heart we announce a fatal crash investigation involving a 13-year-old juvenile male from Belleville,” police said in a statement.
Police responded to the scene of the crash to find the 13-year-old unresponsive. He was transported to Clara Mass Hospital where he was pronounced dead. Police say the boy lost control of his motorcycle and struck a utility pole.
