14-Year-Old Boy Shot in Columbus

COLUMBUS, OH- The Columbus Police Department is investigating a shooting that took place early Tuesday morning.

Officers were dispatched to the 5000 block of East Livingston Avenue after receiving reports of gunshots in the area. Upon arrival, they found a 14-year-old boy suffering from a gunshot wound to the back of the leg.

The victim was transported to a local hospital in stable condition. He is expected to survive and recover from his injuries.
