Princeton Police Arrest Serial Groper After Latest Contact with 17-Year-Old

PRINCETON, NJ – Police in Princeton have finally caught a wanted serial groper with several cases pending after he accosted a 17-year-old girl on Thursday. Police arrested Melecio Xecchay and charged him with criminal sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child.

Police said Xecchat approached the girl while she was entering her car at the Franklin Avenue parking lot. While entering her car, he approached her from behind and grabbed her leg and posterior.
