STATEN ISLAND, NY – The New York City Police Department is investigating a shooting and robbery on Port Richmond Avenue in Staten Island.
According to police on Sunday, at around 2:19 AM in the vicinity of 220 Port Richmond Avenue, a suspect shot a 34-year-old male victim’s thigh and took his 2007 black Infinity.
