BALTIMORE, MD – Police in Baltimore have reported an 11-year-old girl has gone missing. 11-year-old Forever Ramos-Torquati has brown hair and brown eyes; she is 4′ 6″ in height and weighs 110 pounds. The Baltimore Police Department said she was last seen in the Essex area wearing a white t-shirt and white shorts. Anyone with any information is requested to call 911 or 410-307-2020.
