D.C. Police Arrest 17-Year-Old For Shooting of Man

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Washington, D.C. Metro Police Department has made an arrest in a shooting that took place on June 1st. This incident happened on the 3700 block of Hayes Street in Northeast, D.C.

According to detectives, “At approximately 2:01 pm, members of the Sixth District responded to the listed location for the report of a shooting Upon arrival, members located an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.”

17 year-old Antwain Ulmer of Northeast, D.C, was arrested on June 14th and charged as an adult with Assault with Intent to Kill.
