Gold Alert Issued for Missing Linwood Man Across Delaware

LINWOOD, DE – A man has gone missing in Linwood and now the Delaware State Police have issued a gold alert.

“Delaware State Police Troop 2 is issuing a Gold Alert for 56-year-old Thomas Stratton of Linwood, Pennsylvania. Stratton was last seen on June 16, 2022 at approximately 7:30 p.m. in the New Castle, DE area. Attempts to contact or locate Stratton have been unsuccessful, and there is a concern for his safety and well-being,” the DSP said in the alert bulletin.

Stratton is described as a white male, approximately 5’10” tall, with a thin build, brown hair, and a tattoo on his right forearm. He was last seen wearing an orange reflective vest, black sweatpants, a white t-shirt, black hat, and a protective sleeve.

Anyone with information regarding Thomas Stratton’s whereabouts is asked to contact Delaware State Police Troop 2 by calling 302-834-2620 or by dialing 9-1-1.
