27 Year-Old Man Shot To Death in Northeast D.C.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Washington, D.C. Metro Police Department is investigating a shooting that left a 27 year-old man dead in Northeast D.C. This incident happened on Saturday, on the 1500 block of F Street.

According to police, “At approximately 6:04 am, members of the Fifth District responded to the listed location for the report of a shooting. Upon arrival, the members located an adult male victim suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. DC Fire and Emergency Medical Services responded to the scene and discovered the victim displayed no signs consistent with life. The decedent remained on the scene until transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.”

 27 year-old Israel Minger, of Northeast, D.C. was identified as the victim.
