Two Shot Saturday Morning in Mount Oliver

MOUNT OLIVER, PA – A man and a woman were both shot in Mount Olver at around 1:00 am Saturday morning, the Allegheny County Police Department reported Monday.

“At approximately 12:59 am, County 9-1-1 was notified of a woman in distress in Ormsby Park,” police said. “When police officers arrived they found a 21-year-old female victim shot and a 22-year-old male shot. Both were taken to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.”

Homicide detectives have initiated an investigation which is currently ongoing.
