Mercer County Mega Millions Ticket Wins $30K

TRENTON , NJ – One lucky Mega Millions player won the third-tier prizewinning ticket sold for the June 21st. The ticket matched four of the five white balls and the Gold Mega Ball drawn. The lucky winner won the $10,000 prize. That lottery ticket was bought with the Megaplier option, multiplying the prize to $30,000. 

The winning ticket was purchased at Mr. Convenient & Variety Store on East State Street in Trenton.

The winning Mega Millions numbers for the June 21st drawing were: 08, 13, 18, 32, and 42. The Gold Mega Ball was 20, and the Megaplier Multiplier was 03.

According to lottery officials, “In addition to the third-tier prize won, 19 players matched four of the five white balls drawn making each ticket worth $500. Two of those tickets were purchase with the Megaplier option, multiplying the prize to $1,500. Moreover, 28,552 other New Jersey players took home $129,236 in prizes ranging from $2 to $600. The jackpot rolls to $312 million for the next drawing to be held on Friday, June 24, at 11:00 pm. All New Jersey Lottery Mega Millions tickets must be purchased before 10:45 pm to participate in the drawing. Mega Millions tickets cost just two dollars; by adding the Megaplier option for an extra dollar per play, players can increase their non-jackpot winnings up to five times. Mega Millions tickets are sold in 46 participating jurisdictions. Drawings are held on Tuesdays and Fridays.”
