19-Year-Old is Third Suspect Arrested for Murder of Quenten Branch

BALTIMORE, MD – Police in Baltimore have arrested and charged 19-year-old Steven Santiago as a third suspect in connection with the homicide of 35-year-old Quenten Branch.

He has been charged with first-degree murder, and is currently being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.

Previously, Baltimore County homicide detectives arrested and charged 20-year-old Stephen Parker and 20-year-old Kaleb Jackson with first-degree murder in this case.

On Sunday, January 9, police found Branch’s body while responding to a shooting call in the area of Colbury Road and Goucher Boulevard. Upon arrival, officers discovered 35-year-old Quenten Branch suffering from a gunshot wound. Medics pronounced Branch deceased at the scene.
