ALEXANDRIA, VA.–The Alexandria Police Department’s Special Victims Unit is actively investigating a case in which an adult male was arrested for the rape of a juvenile victim. Mr. Trulynd Hall, 29, is suspected and charged with Rape – Victim Under 13. Mr. Hall is currently being held without bond in the Alexandria Adult Detention Center.
