NEW YORK, NY – Deviant behavior continues on the New York City subway system after police reported a man who used his cell phone to take photos underneath a young woman’s skirt. The incident happened on June 14th, but police released surveillance footage of the suspect on Sunday.
The creepy event took place at around 8:35 pm inside the 7th Avenue and West 34th Street subway station in Manhattan, police reported.
“This man used his cellphone to take a picture beneath a 23-year-old woman’s skirt,” police said today.
