Linden Police Investigating Serious Crash

LINDEN, NJ – Linden police are investigating a serious motor vehicle crash that occurred on N. Stiles St near the intersection of W. St. George Ave at approximately 7:00 pm last night.

“Preliminary reports indicate that a 2016 Jeep Cherokee had exited the CVS parking lot, 1000 W. St. George Ave, onto N. Stiles St when it collided with a 2011 Harley Davidson motorcycle that was traveling south on N. Stiles St,” police reported. “The motorcyclist, a 37-year-old Staten island man, was transported to Newark University Hospital. The driver of the Jeep, a 26-year-old Linden man, was not injured.”

The crash remains under investigation by the Linden Police Traffic Bureau, and anyone with information is urged to contact Inv. Ryan Zaccaro at (908) 474- 8505.
