Columbus Man Robs Macy’s Store at Gunpoint

COLUMBUS, OH- An unknown male stole multiple items from the Macys Department Store at 4141 Brighton Rose Way on Saturday afternoon.

He put multiple items in a backpack and attempted to leave the store. According to reports, when Loss Prevention confronted him about the items, the suspect pulled out a handgun and told the Loss Prevention Officer to back off.

Police described the suspect as “male, black, 5’11, 185-200lbs, 35-45 years old, wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans, and black shoes. He was carrying a dark green backpack.”
