Man Shot and Killed in Brooklyn While Stopped at Red Light

NEW YORK, NY – A man was shot and killed by a gunman in Brooklyn Wednesday night while his vehicle was stopped at a red light near Classon Avenue and Atlantic Avenue. The man, a passenger in a Jeep driven by a female driver was shot multiple times, according to the New York City Police Department.

According to police, at 10:50 pm., the gunman approached a vehicle where the victim was a passenger. The woman, in an attempt to flee the suspect crashed the vehicle. The suspect chased the car, shooting at the passenger multiple times killing him with shots to the chest and leg. The suspect fled the scene.
