RALEIGH, NC – Police in Raleigh have arrested a 52-year-old man in connection with the murder of a man on Friday.
According to the Raleigh Police Department, homicide detectives have charged Willie Edward Frederick, 52, with murder in connection with the fatal shooting of Aaron Jamel Downer, 26, on July 9, in the 6100 block of Piedmont Ridge Circle.
