COLUMBUS, OH- The Columbus Police Department has identified Keith Waddell, 16, as the killer of 18-year-old Nelson Conley Jr.
On July 6, Conley Jr. was found deceased at the 1000 Block of Ellsworth Avenue after police responded to reports of a shooting in the area. The investigation has led police to believe that Waddell is responsible for the shooting and death of the 18-year-old.
According to police, a warrant has been issued for his arrest. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call the Columbus Police Homicide Unit at 614-645-4730.
