D.C. Armed Robber Caught on Camera

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Washington D.C. Metro Police is asking for the public’s help identifying an armed robbery suspect. The armed robbery took place yesterday on the 1700 Block of 17th Street in Northwest, D.C.

Police say, “At approximately 11:44 am, the suspect entered an establishment at the listed location. Once inside, the suspect brandished a handgun and demanded money from the cash register. The suspect took money from the cash register then fled the scene.”

Surveillance cameras captured the suspect.
