Man Riding Dirt Bike Shot in Buttocks In Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting that left a man hospitalized last night. This incident happened while riding a dirt bike in the vicinity of White Avenue in Northeast Baltimore.

According to investigators, β€œAt approximately 7:10 p.m., officers responded to the 4800 block of Frankford Avenue for a shooting. Upon arrival officers located an adult male who was suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the buttocks. The victim was transported to an area hospital by Baltimore City medics. Northeast District shooting detectives are investigating this incident. Preliminary investigation revealed the victim was illegally riding a dirt bike in the 4600 block of White Avenue when an unknown suspect shot him. After being shot, the victim road the dirt bike to Frankford Avenue where he called for police.”
