39 Year-Old Shot In Western Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – The Baltimore Police Department is investigating the shooting of a 39 year-old man that took place in Western Baltimore. This incident happened in the area of Smallwood Avenue and Hollins Street.

According to investigators, “At approximately 6:32 p.m., officers responded to an area hospital where a shooting victim walked in seeking treatment. Upon arrival, officers located a 39-year-old male who had been shot in his left leg. The victim’s injuries are not life threatening. Western District shooting detectives responded out and assumed control of the investigation. Detectives have located a crime scene in the intersection of Smallwood Avenue and Hollins Street.”
