Four Shot Two Dead in Southwest Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – The Police Department in Baltimore is investigating a shooting that left two men dead, and two others injured in Southwest Baltimore. The shooting happened on North Rosedale and West North Avenue on Friday morning.

Detectives say, “At approximately 10:35 a.m., Southwest District patrol officers were called to North Rosedale at West North Avenue for a report of a shooting. Once there, officers located two adult males suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Medics transported one male victim to an area hospital where he later died. The second male victim was pronounced dead on the scene. Officers located a third adult male victim inside of a home in the 3100 block of West North Avenue, suffering from a gunshot wound to the back. A fourth victim, a 63-year-old female, was located in the 3000 block of West North Avenue suffering from a gunshot wound to the ankle.”

The two surviving victims were brought to local area hospitals for treatment.
