West Seneca Man Charged for Friday Night Murder

WEST SENECA, NY – A 24-year-old man is in custody after his arrest for the murder of a 29-year-old man in West Seneca Friday night.

According to Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn, 24-year-old Jairus J. Kedzierski of West Seneca was arraigned on Saturday afternoon before West Seneca Town Court Justice Shannon Filbert on one count of murder.

“It is alleged that on Friday, July 29, 2022, at approximately 11:40 p.m., the defendant stabbed the victim multiple times on Edson Street in the Town of West Seneca. The victim, a 29-year-old male, was taken by ambulance to ECMC where he was pronounced dead,” D.A. Flynn said in a statement today.
