ESSEX, MD – The Baltimore County Police Department has issued a missing person alert for a 15-year-old girl missing in the Essex area.
According to police, 15-year-old Harmony Hall is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. She was last seen in the Essex area wearing a white crop top, black jeans, and white high-top style shoes.
