HARRISBURG, PA- The Swatara Township Police is asking for the public’s help in the identification of the man in the above photo.
“On Thursday, the Capital Area Greenbelt Association forwarded the attached photo to the Police Department,” police stated. “This male is riding a dirt bike along the Greenbelt, which is not allowed.”
