PHILADELPHIA, PA- The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating missing person Kashmere Hiltner.
Hiltner is 21 years old and was last seen at the 1400 block of South 5th Street on Tuesday.
Kashmere is 5’10 and weighs about 250 pounds. He has a beard, is heavyset, and was last seen wearing a pink, blue, and yellow Michael Jordan tracksuit. He is known to frequent Brigantine New Jersey.
