MCKEES ROCKS, PA – A 24-year-old man is in critical condition and another has died from his injuries after a shooting in McKees Rocks.
According to the Allegheny County Police Department’s Homicide Unit, at approximately 8:28 pm on Thursday, County 9-1-1 was notified of a shooting in the first block of Saint John Street. First responders found a 50-year-old male victim shot.
“Paramedics attempted life saving measures but the male died on scene. A second victim, a 24-year-old male, was taken to an area hospital in critical condition. Homicide detectives initiated an investigation,” police reported.
