Drunk Woman at Cunningham Falls State Park Arrested, Kicked Police Car Windshield

FREDERICK COUNTY, MD – Maryland Department of Natural Resources officers received a call regarding a subject being disorderly at Cunningham Falls State Park in Frederick County. When officers arrived, they learned that Audra McLean, 25, was highly intoxicated while on the beach.

“When officers attempted to speak with McLean, she became disorderly and combative. This resulted in her being escorted off of the beach,” police said. “She refused an evaluation from emergency personnel and continued to be hostile, according to police.”

She was placed under arrest. McLean’s two-month-old child was also present and put in a guardian’s care. While McLean was in the patrol vehicle, she kicked the windshield, causing damage. Police charged her with five assault charges and disorderly conduct. Charges related to malicious destruction of property are pending.
