Gunman Arrested for Attempted Murder of 29-Year-Old Baltimore Man

BALTIMORE, MD – Police in Baltimore have arrested 29-year-old Laquawn Mantel Foster for an August 5th shooting that took place on Bernard Drive.

According to police, detectives arrested Foster on Friday while in the 2100 block of West Fayette Street. Detectives believe that Foster shot the 45-year-old male victim following a dispute.

Foster was transported to Central Booking Intake Facility where he has been charged with attempted first degree murder.

The Baltimore police reported that on August 5, at approximately 3:54 p.m., officers responded to 1211 Bernard Drive for a shooting.

“Upon arrival, officers located a 29-year-old male who was suffering from gunshot wounds to his body,” police said. “The victim was transported to an area hospital and was in serious condition.”
