Howard County Police Blotter: August 22, 2022

HOWARD COUNTY, MD – The Howard County Police Department has reported the following incidents that required police response in the past few days in their daily crime bulletin.

“The daily crime bulletin is posted each weekday when county offices are open and includes the initial reporting of various crimes such as robberies, burglaries, assaults, vehicle thefts, and theft from vehicles. It is not inclusive of all police activity in a day,” the department said in a statement.

Columbia, 21045: 7000 block of Cradlerock Way, Aug. 22 12-8:45 p.m. 
A resident reported that unknown suspect(s) entered the residence and possibly stole a newborn dog. No signs of forced entry were observed. 

Theft from vehicle/vehicle break-in
Columbia, 21044: 
10600 block of High Beam Court, Aug. 22, tag

Columbia, 21046: 9100 block of Snowden River Parkway, Aug. 22-23 overnight, purse

Laurel, 20723: 9700 block of Whiskey Run, Aug. 22-23 overnight, tools
