Group of Men Attack and Shoot Man After Dinner at Philadelphia Restaurant

Philadelphia, PA- the Philadelphia Police Department is investigating a shooting that took place on August 28th outside the Ocean Harvest restaurant near N 10th St and Race St. According to police, a man. Leaving the restaurant in front of a group, was approached by the group and assaulted and shot while he tried to defend himself and flee.

“At approximately 5:34 AM, a male victim was shot while walking on N 10th street at Race Street. He was confronted by several Asian males,” police said. “He was physically attacked and then shot by one of the Asian males while defending himself. The group left the Ocean Harvest restaurant prior to the shooting and were seen walking towards 9th and Race streets following the shooting.”

The shooting suspect was described as an Asian male, middle-aged, wearing a dark colored baseball hat with a white circular logo, a light blue button-down shirt, blue jeans, black sneakers, eyeglasses, goatee and is armed with a 9mm handgun.
