Man Arrested For Attempted Enticement of a 9 Year-Old In D.C.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Washington D.C. Metro Police DYFS detectives have made an arrest in the attempted enticement of a 9 year-old on Northwest D.C. This incident happened on August 2nd afternoon on the 600 block of D Street.

According to detectives, “At approximately 8:17 am, the suspect attempted to entice a juvenile female to engage in sexual acts, who he believed to be 9-years-old.

50-year-old Damien Sisca was arrested on Friday and charged with Coercion and Enticement of a Minor.
