Montgomery County Cops Recognized for Saving Life of 3-Year-Old

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD – Today, The Emerald Society Presented Officers C. Marbley and S. McKinney with Officer of the Year Awards.

In March 2021, Officers Marbley and McKinney saved the life of a 3-year-old in Wheaton after the child was seriously injured.
