Man Robbed at Gunpoint, Punched Inside NYC Subway Station

NEW YORK, NY – A man was robbed at knifepoint and attacked inside a New York City subway station at the intersection of 34th Avenue and Steinway Street in Queens.

The New York City Police Department said the incident took place on September 5th at about 10:10 a.m. When multiple suspects approached a 34-year-old man and displayed a knife. The suspects then punched and beat the male victim and took his money. They fled in an unknown direction.

Today, police released video surveillance footage of the suspects leaving the subway station. Police are now asking the public to assist in identifying the suspects involved in this armed robbery.

According to police investigating the incident, no suspects or motives have been announced at this time. No arrests have been made.
