NYC Police Searching for Gunman Who Fired Shot in Staten Island

NEW YORK, NY – The New York City Police Department is searching for a man who fired a single shot in the air at random at Faber Street in Staten Island. According to the NYPD, the incident happened Sunday night at around 7:25 p.m. in front of 78 Faber Street.

Today the New York City Police Department released video surveillance footage of the incident.

Police said the suspect fired the gun in the air and then fled on Grove Street before police arrived.

According to police investigating the incident, no suspects or motives have been announced at this time. No arrests have been made.
