Philadelphia Police Department investigating shooting on 23rd Street

The Philadelphia Police Department and the Shooting Investigation Group is asking for the public’s assistance for information in reference to a shooting that occurred at 2300 W. Indiana St.

On August 29, 2022, at 8:35 pm, the occupants of a white Chevy Impala stopped at the corner of 23rd and Indiana St and fired several shots at two males walking on 23rd St. One of the males suffered a single gunshot wound to his left foot and was treated at Temple Hospital.
