72-Year-Old Attacked and Robbed in New York City

NEW YORK CITY - NYPD police cars.

NEW YORK, NY – The New York City Police Department is investigating after a seventy-two-year-old woman was attacked and robbed in Jamaica, Queens.

On Thursday morning at around 10 a.m. to individuals approached a seventy-year-old woman from behind. The incident took place at the corner of 106th Avenue and Merrick Boulevard.

The man shoved the elderly woman to the ground and removed her property before fleeing the area.

New York City Police Department released a video today are the two men walking away from the scene.

According to police investigating the incident, no suspects or motives have been announced at this time. No arrests have been made.
