NEW YORK, NY – The New York City Police Department is investigating after a man approached an eight-year-old girl who was looking at toys and then groped her. Police the incident happened on Sunday at around 3:45 p.m. at the Five Below store located at 5308 5th Avenue in Brooklyn.
According to police, the eight-year-old girl was looking at toys when the unidentified male approached the child.
“The man engaged in conversations about the toys and then the two bent toward the items to retrieve them,” the New York City Police Department said today in a statement. ” at this time, the male placed his hands over the female’s [private parts] over her clothing.”
