Police Make Arrest in Baltimore Shooting

BALTIMORE, MD – On September 8, 2022, at approximately 6:42 p.m., a 31-year-old male was shot in the chest in the 1800 block of Chapel Street, in the Eastern District in Baltimore City.

The victim was transported to an area hospital where he is still being treated for his injuries.

Eastern District shooting detectives investigated this incident and gathered sufficient information to obtain arrest warrants.

On September 15, 2022, 29-year-old Saidah Williams was arrested by Warrant Task Force detectives in the 7600 block of Lillian Holt Drive in Baltimore County.

Williams was transported to the Eastern District where she was interviewed before being taken to Central Booking.

Saidah Williams has been charged with 1st Degree Attempted Murder and Conspiracy to Commit Murder and is being held at Central Booking without bail.

Detectives are seeking a second suspect pertaining to this case.
