Upstate Brothers charge for train surfing in New York City

New York, NY- Train surfing on top of New York City transit trains has grown in popularity over the past couple of years, but for two Saratoga County brothers, their ride ended with criminal charges.

Drew and John Hogan, two brothers from Saratoga Springs we’re caught by police riding on top of a queens-bound subway train. The pair were charged with reckless endangerment and criminal trespass. They were issued citations and released by police.
